Question 1

Where are the products made?

Accepted Answer

Everything is 3D-printed by us in Austin, Texas. 3D Play Lab is run by two friends who started printing in their own neighborhood.

Question 2

Are the products made to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your order gives our printer its next project — each piece is printed to order, one layer at a time. Nothing comes off a warehouse shelf.

Question 3

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Standard orders ship in 5–7 business days, including production. Carrier transit time is additional. Custom orders have an agreed timeline.

Question 4

What are they made from?

Accepted Answer

Each piece is 3D-printed from plastic filament, one thin layer at a time, so small surface variations are a normal part of the process. Exact material details for each product are being finalized and will appear on the product pages.

Question 5

Can I choose a different color?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Choose white, pink, green, or blue on each product page. You can select multiple colors at the same price. Photos show the original sample colors.

Question 6

How do shipping and returns work?

Accepted Answer

US shipping is $5 per order. Local pickup details and our returns policy will be confirmed before checkout opens.

Question 7

How can I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Our contact form isn’t connected just yet — once it is, you’ll be able to reach us through the Contact page. Business messages are managed with an adult’s help.
